THE BELLMONT 1900 STANDARD CASE INTERIOR IS AN EXCELLENT ECO-FRIENDLY CHOICE.
This is an Environmentally Preferred Product (EPP) which is 100% reclaimed or recycled material content and extrememly low formaldehyde emissions which meets the very strict 2009 California Air Resource Board (CARB) requirements for formaldehyde emissions of less than 0.18 parts per million.

The Bellmont 1900 series base line standard interiors areeither white melamine or parchment colored melamine bonded to ¾” IndustrialGrade Particle Board.
Bellmont 1900 optional cabinet interiors are Maple woodgrain thermofused melamine on ¾” industrial grade particle board, a ¾” Birch11-ply plywood with a durable UV cured clear top coat, and Eco-Core, a Maplemelamine bonded to special ¾” particle board that contains no-added formaldehydeand FSC mixed content wood particles

The industrial grade particle board core used for the White,Parchment, and Maple melamines is an Environmentally Preferred product(EPP),certified by the Composite Panel Association. This material is 100%recycled and/or reclaimed wood content, and meets the very strict CaliforniaAir Resource Board (CARB) requirements for ultra- low formaldehyde emissions.The reclaimed wood content in the particle board originated from SustainableForest Initiative (SFI) certified lumber.
Our Eco-Core option provides the ultimate in ‘green’ boxinteriors. The durable Maple melamine is thermally bonded with n- formaldehyderesins to a particle board manufactured with wood content that is ForestStewardship Council (FSC) Mixed Use certified. And the resins used for the corematerial contain no added urea formaldehyde.
The beautifully finished 11- ply Birch plywood not onlyprovides lighter weight durability and the look of a real wood cabinetinterior, but the peace of mind that comes with using a wood panel materialthat meets current CARB compliance for ultra-low formaldehyde emissions.
